Madame Zingara is set to abracadabra the Garden Tea Room into one of its magical creations... 

"The Cape Town City Council has awarded the much-coveted tender for the remodelling of the Company’s Garden restaurant to Madame Zingara after a lengthy process and a lot of deliberation. The makeover is part of the park’s revitalisation project, and the new eatery, which will be called Haarlem & Hope, is expected to open in October 2014."
